Dr Radhika Viswanatha is a highly experienced Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with specialist expertise in fetal medicine and menopause care. She has a particular interest in the management of high-risk pregnancies and recurrent miscarriage. Her clinical expertise includes early pregnancy scans, placental dysfunction, fetal growth restriction, pre-eclampsia and multiple pregnancies.

Alongside her obstetric practice, Dr Viswanatha also provides comprehensive menopause care and manages female endocrine disorders such as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and premature ovarian insufficiency (POI).

She completed her specialist training in London, gaining experience at several centres of excellence including Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, St George’s University Hospital and Frimley Park Hospital. She became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2006 and was awarded Fellowship in 2019. She also holds an MSc in Medical Ultrasound and is a member of the British Menopause Society.

Since 2014, Dr Viswanatha has been a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Epsom and St Helier University Hospital NHS Trust, where she serves as Clinical Director and Quality Lead for Women’s Health.

She is actively involved in research, has published in peer-reviewed journals and received awards for her scientific presentations at the RCOG World Congress. She is also passionate about teaching and training, having won multiple “Best Teacher” awards.

Dr Viswanatha speaks fluent English as well as Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.
